Triton Method, part 7

Adjusting the baselines

It’s been a few weeks since my last post, so I wanted to provide an update. Currently, I have adjusted all the core elements and working on some of the secondary elements. I elected to go even slower than what Triton called for, simply to keep a very close eye on things. I also had to ensure if it was a 5 day period, such as adjusting my magnesium, I would be able to start on Day 1 and do it each day. I wanted to avoid gaps in the days, so this slowed my process a bit.

By the end of this month, all baselines should be in line. At that point, I’ll send another water test off to Triton for measurements and I’ll begin dosing, in early December, the 4 parts Triton Base Elements. Before so, I must setup the Neptune DOS and dosing containers, test, and configure in Apex. I hope to achieve this next week.

Stay tuned and thanks for reading.
