I acquired this Land Rover as part of a collection that was imported from the UK in late 2019, with 6 other Defender 90’s and 110’s. This 1993 Land Rover Defender 110 is the 5 door model (4 passenger doors + boot door) with a 200 TDI (Turbo Diesel) engine. The Defender started it’s life green and in 2019 was resprayed to what we see today along with some vinyl Defender logos added. Outside of the respray, a traditional UK roof rack was installed and the lights were swapped with LED lights, it’s 100% original.

The interior is your standard rough and utility setup. It features an updated cassette player, but nothing is hooked up and all audio speakers have been removed. The frame is solid, with typical rust around the body in some points for it’s age.

I intend to keep this Defender mostly as is. I have no desire to do any mega interior upgrades or anything and attempt to turn this into a $50,000 Defender. I do intend to drive it, use it, and enjoy it with my son. Being right hand drive, it’s a bit of a learning curve for me and admittedly, I’m a little rust with the manual transmission. It feels and drives like older diesel tractors, which puts a grin on my face.

Stay tuned for more updates.
