In high school, my dream vehicle was a Range Rover sport. It took me 14 years, but eventually got a Land Rover Range Rover HSE, the big one. Bought it used, so saved lots of cash and got all the amenities. I love it. I hate it. They are nothing like the trucks I’m used too. Very finicky and lots of issues. But, the power, ability to go off-road, and overall looks are the reasons why myself and thousands of others love them.
Today, while trouble shooting a steering column issue I stumbled upon this sticker. Immediately, I fell in love:
“Land Rover .. proudly turning owners into mechanics for 65 years”
Yes, that sums it up quite nice.
