My wife and I are looking at purchasing a small investment condo in north Ocean City, around 123rd street. After putting an offer on a condo and getting rejected, I figured I would get creative. We have 1 condo complex in mind, the Mirabella, in which only a few condos a year go on the market if you’re lucky.
Good old USPS and some printed letters I go! I pulled the public record for all owners and sent each a letter, with my desire to purchase a condo. Who knows, maybe I’ll get lucky and find a seller?
