We purchased the Peloton Tread right when it was announced before it was even shipping. Our tread was one of the first installed in Maryland and we love it. However, it started to spark and smoke! At first, Peloton wasn’t helpful and a bit dismissive. But, Peloton made right! They replaced our entire Peloton Tread.
I would like to say thank you to Lexie in customer service at Peloton for working with us to determine the path forward! Everything was resolved promptly, after a bit of a bump start with customer service. Thank you!
