1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by jamzDOTnet – Cars, DIY, and Adventures (“Sponsor”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. Participants release YouTube from any and all liability related to this contest.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free of charge. To enter, follow the instructions provided in the contest announcement video on the jamzDOTnet YouTube channel. All entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified. No purchase necessary.
4. Contest Period
The contest entry period will be stated in the announcement video. Entries received before or after the stated period will not be considered.
5. Prize(s)
The prize(s) will be described in the contest announcement video. The approximate retail value (ARV) will also be disclosed. No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. All prizes are awarded “as-is” and are non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random or as otherwise stated in the announcement video from eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner(s) will be notified via the method stated in the announcement video (e.g., YouTube comment reply, email, or social media message). If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to announce their name/username in connection with the contest without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
9. General Conditions
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
- Any attempt to deliberately damage any website, YouTube channel, or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
- Entries must be original and must not infringe on any third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and YouTube from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules, the YouTube Terms of Service, or the YouTube Community Guidelines.
12. Governing Law
The contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
