If you recall from my previous post, I hunted a 1983 Jaguar XJ6 from a small town outside of Carlisle PA. It was a true beauty to look at and I knew it would need a ton of work. The hunt was a blast, chasing this Jag. From crawling around the barn, towing it back to my house, and having some fun reviewing the entire car, I’ve made the decision to leave it at that. My story on this 1983 Jaguar XJ6 Series 3 ends, concluding with me passing this Jag onto a new owner, that is a Jaguar enthusiast, to potentially finish the project. Why? Admittedly, as soon as I got this home, another car I really wanted became available and with the amount of work this one needed, I decided it was best to pass along this 1983 Jaguar XJ6 Series III. Part of hunting classic cars is just this, sometimes you pass them on after you did the find and pulled it from the barn.
