On my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 W/T, the AC, and heat would only blow at levels 3, 4, and 5. If you had the dial at level 1 or 2, no air would flow. After some research, I sorted it was the blower motor resistor. In this video, I show how to replace the blower motor resistor on your 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500.
