Today we head to Oceanic Fishing Pier in Ocean City for a full day of fishing, exploring, and taking in everything that makes this one of the most iconic spots on the Maryland coast! Located directly at the Ocean City inlet beside the famous boardwalk, this historic pier stretches out over the Atlantic Ocean and gives anglers incredible access to some of the best fishing in OCMD.
Originally built in 1936, the Oceanic Pier has become a legendary destination for locals and tourists looking to catch everything from bluefish and flounder to striped bass, croaker, skates, rays, and even small sharks depending on the season.
