JAMZ.net is me, Jason Miller. Currently consulting in New York City and the surrounding area, born and raised in Virginia, and an avid vacation rental owner, home restorer, and internet guru.

Entrepreneur and internet visionary with over 11 years of technology, internet, and on-line marketing expertise.

During the day I enjoy working with leading companies and increasing on-line conversion rates. Having the ability to increase conversions by 5 - 10% and directly impacting bottom line by millions of dollars is a thrill.

My love with the internet started in April 1997 when I purchased this domain, JAMZ.net, and created several on-line properties. Jamz Web Solutions (Strength in Simplicity) was an amazing run that I slowly dissolved in 2007, after 10 years of web design. I still run my web server hosted in Colorado at Latsis Datacenter for all my own internet ventures.

I design/develop/consult on a one to one basis with clients as a freelancer, outside of my regular day time job.

In 2002 my real estate adventure started which has rapidly morphed into a small business renting vacation rentals (www.WeekendOasis.net). Currently we own 3 properties and 6 pieces of land. I'm hoping to continue to develop my portfolio focused in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and North Eastern Pennsylvania.

I am interested in speaking with investors for future real estate projects, individuals seeking consulting services on vacation rentals, small to medium size businesses looking for on-line marketing consulting, and future career opportunities.
